Ever since is start–up in 1999, S.C. Electro Max S.R.L. (further referred to as ”Electro Max”) has met and conformed to all regulations, including those related to protection of our clients’ personal information.
Moreover, all regulations and provisions regarding the confidentiality and protection of our partners’ personal data have always been observed; we herein undertake to carry on observing such regulations, adapting to new European provisions stipulated in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Using automated or manual methods, Electro Max processes your personal information with the purpose of: providing goods or service within the company’s field of activity, carrying-out contracts, promoting company services (marketing, direct marketing included), contests, advertising polls, commercial communication for Electro Max services, including those developed together with an Electro Max partner, granting customer bonifications or benefits within advertising campaigns, meeting company legal obligations such as providing information to entitled state authorities, as well as achieving legitimate company interests such as image processing in video recordings for company personnel and assets protection.
Your personal data can be used for promotional purposes (marketing) and for products or services provided by Electro Max partners, with respect to your legal rights.

Moreover, we herein confirm that we do not store or require particular information such as political or religious orientation, etc.
Besides any visitor’s possibility of requesting deletion of information from the database (should they consider we may store their name or email address) or providing their Agreement for registration/update and newsletter subscription, any client with a current account on our website can access the account administration tab and browse GDPR-related information, such as:
